I have now rung your customer service twice to find out whether Microsoft software is included with this product as no information was sent with the computer. I have still not found out whether it is included and I have not been sent a product key.
The name of the product states Windows 7 Home Premium so you would expect it to be included.
Surely your staff should be able to respond on this point and your product info should be comprehensive?
